Tips for Women Health: Women have been disadvantaged in many respects such as social and economic power which restricts their access to the necessities of life including health care, and the greater the level of disadvantage, such as in developing countries, the greater adverse impact on health.

The girls are the ones who run the world; however, in the process they neglect their own health.

On the occasion of Women’s Day we today are presenting some health tips for women.

Eat healthy, stay healthy

Well! It is essential for everybody to eat well, but actually, it is more important for women to keep a track of their daily intakes. One should eat a balanced diet containing fruits, vegetables, rice, dairy products, whole grains and meat. Green leafy vegetables should be specifically included in the diets of women, as they contain various vitamins and minerals along with adequate quantities of iron.

Exercise daily

Exercises are as essential as good diet. Doing daily exercises provide numerous benefits such as maintaining heart health. Heart diseases have been identified as one of the leading causes of women deaths. Therefore, to avoid it one must exercise daily especially aerobic exercises such as walking, swimming, dancing, jogging, etc.

Try to reduce stress

Stress curbs frequently in women’s life knowingly or un-knowingly while playing different roles of a mother, sister, wife, etc. Stress can cause severe health issues including increased risks of depression, anxiety, heart diseases, infertility, etc. So one should try to reduce the levels of stress to ensure a long and healthy life.

Check for breast cancer

Breast Cancer is the leading cause of the death of women’s in India. The main reason being negligence and lac of awareness.  To ensure protection again breast cancer one must go for self- examination regularly such as on a monthly basis. Also one can go for mammography yearly.

Avoid risky habits

Risky habits such as drinking and smoking must be avoided by women in order to stay fit and healthy.The needs of a women health changes along with age, but the basics remain same. By following the above tips women can easily maintain a good health. 

Women’s reproductive and sexual health has a distinct difference compared to men’s health.

Women health is an example of population health.
